The work was done well--we're pleased with the quality--but the worker left quite a mess (and smoked under our carport). We had sent a photo in advance of the exposed toilet flange that needed to be replaced and received a quote of $350. After completion, the worker asked for $500 because the pipe was cast iron. The original quote was eventually honored but another plumber, who knew the pipe was cast iron, had quoted us $350. Both companies had the same Google rating; we went with Trinity because they were able to do the work two days sooner.
