I had a great experience with Grand Slam Heating & Air! ! My unit is ancient, and other companies told me it couldn’t be fixed!. Jason came out, took the time to figure out what was wrong, and actually got it running again. He were honest, professional, and never tried to pressure me into buying a new system. Instead, they gave me clear choices, educated me, and allowed me to decide what was fit for my family. They even have a maintenance plan because who knew your unit needs regular cleanings! The service is top notch. It's rare to find a company that truly cares about you and not out to take advantage of you!

Woke up on the coldest day of the year so far with NO heat. Gave Grand Slam a call and they were at my door in less than an hour. Jared was very professional and went out of his way to try to save us money and did not try to over sell us anything we didn’t actually need. Jared and his team are true professionals and a rare find in the HVAC industry. He has effectively resolved every issue we have experienced with our outdoor unit and air handler, all while keeping costs reasonable and never attempting to upsell unnecessary services. In addition, Jared and his team replaced our aging water heater, which had developed leaks and rust due to mineral buildup. The installation was handled with the same level of care and expertise.
