Capital City Comfort

All we can say is WOW!! We were having issues with both of our a/c units. Conner showed up and asked very detailed questions about our issues. He got to work and diagnosed the problems with our units. He was well spoken and very educated on this subject. He used technical terms that we didn't really understand (but we didn't care), we knew that we had the right guy for the job. He was extremely detailed in his assessment, provided cost and explained the reasoning behind his findings. We have had other HVAC companies work on our units in the past, and none of them compare to Capital City Comfort. Conner was the absolute best. We also liked that the company is owed by a firefighter, and employs other firefighter. My wife is a Nurse Practitioner and I'm ex-military, so we really appreciate their service. I normally don't write reviews but I felt like this companies deserves all the kudos. Great job! Rob

I truly will never be able to say enough about the crew at Capital City Comfort. We are at a loss for words to describe the professionalism, kindness, and overall good vibes emanating from this team. Dan has created a culture of kindness and hard work and making sure things are done right, but at the same time taking care of his team and it shows. Truly cannot say enough and have been completely spoiled in the best way by this crew. Thank you all so much. Truly the best guys you’ll meet.

Awesome, trustworthy company! The service technicians and office representatives are always friendly, helpful and honest. We will be using them to correct the poor workmanship of another company we used previously. They listen to our concerns and address any issues we have with our HVAC system in a timely manner. They are not trying to constantly sell you products and unnecessary parts like other companies. I wish we would have found Capital City Comfort sooner! They truly care about their customers!
