I am beyond pleased with the entire staff of Expert Plumbing. Every person I spoke with was professional, kind and informative. The plumbers sent to my home went above and beyond to help with problems I ran into during my renovation. They navigated multiple issues and always with patience and a smile. After being given the runaround by a couple of other plumbing companies, I was so relieved to find Expert Plumbing & Drain Services. It was a pleasure working with a company that communicated clearly, and delivered quality work. Their level of service went above and beyond in every way prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. I cannot say enough good things about Expert Plumbing and Drain Services! This company has blown me away with their professionalism, courtesy, kindness, and work ethic! First, they helped me in an emergency situation when my usual plumbers couldn't be bothered to help. So, I decided to give them more business and I am SO glad I did! Derrick and Joseph installed my new tankless water heaters and they worked tirelessly and with excellence. I am seriously impressed. Not only did they do a great job installing my water heaters, but they also capped a gas line and replaced four hose-bibs for me. Expert Plumbing has a new, loyal customer in me! I highly recommend them!
