The staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with building my custom PC. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process easy and smooth. My order was packaged very securely, and everything arrived in perfect condition. When my shipment was delayed, the staff communicated clearly and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience!
Waited to drop my review until after a few months of running Flight sim 2024. This was my main request for the Red Elixir 9800x3D 5080. Let’s just say my rig is a dream, runs like a dream, handles everything I throw at it with a bit of sensible tweaking specifically related to msfs2024 sim, but overall it’s just a dream. Quiet, pretty, built well, and buying experience was super easy, helpful and seamless. I love that they are local, ready to help even for just a cleaning. P.s. many other games have been played on my rig as well which it just dominates performance wise but flight sim was my real benchmark and all I can say is EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!
Gabe was extremely kind, patient & helpful. I really appreciate how thoroughly he explained everything. My PC was built extremely fast and it's awesome. It runs everything extremely smoothly & I love how some of the softwares are already downloaded & theres a tips/tricks doc. 10/10 experience thank you to Gabe & everyone who worked there :)
Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. Not only was my custom build beautiful they also did a great job cleaning up the software and making pesky windows 11 much more friendly and less intrusive. Phenomenal job
