We had a plumbing emergency late on a Sunday night, and Eli came to the rescue. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, calm, and professional—exactly the presence we needed in a stressful situation. Eli quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with confidence and care, taking the time to explain everything along the way. What really impressed us was how reasonable his emergency rate was, especially given the timing. It’s not easy to find someone as reliable and fair as Eli. We’re so thankful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again!
