I got the service maintenance plan, hands down the best decision I’ve made. The techs are prompt and explain what and why they do what they do. They point things out and clean your system to make sure it runs as smoothly as it can. I couldn’t be happier with working with them on my HVAC system.

My air conditioner stopped working, and I was able to give them a call early in the morning and receive same day service. De Marco was excellent. He explained to me what was wrong with unit, what he was going to do to get it running again, and what I could do to maintain my unit. He even told me how to avoid being stung by wasps when I go to clean the coils. He was so kind. I chose Efficient Air based on the previous reviews by others customers. They were not wrong. I had an excellent experience, and I will definitely use them again.

Guys were about 30 minutes early. But it was all good. They did great. Got the new system installed old one out and all cleaned up and it’s working great. Good pricing as well. So I felt good about the price as well. They came highly recommended and I will do the same. Thanks!
