My heat had went out, and there was snow on the ground. It was very cold in the house. I called Tipmore Heating and Air assuming it would be a few days before I they could be out since I called late in the evening. I was amazed they were able to make time for me early that next day! Mark quickly diagnosed the issue (bad heater circuit board). He was able to get the part, make the installation and we have heat again! Mark was incredibly professional, knowledgable and responsive. I will certainly be using his services again, and I'd highly recommend Tipmore Heating and Air to my family and friends.
