Can't say enough good things about Barry and the way he does business. He takes his customers needs seriously and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and doesn't break the bank while doing it. Barry serviced our septic system and cleaned out the line from the house (which we expected to have to hire a plumber for) without batting an eye and saving us lots of money. Definitely recommend and will do business with again.
Overall great experience! Barry was very professional, and took the time to answer my questions, and even gave recommendations. He did a fantastic job and I will definitely be calling him next time I need my tank cleaned! Thanks again Barry!
We had two stopped up toilets and nothing we did resolved the problem. Called the septic company we worked with in the past, but they would not come out for an emergency service. A plumber came out and tried to resolve the problem, but could not and recommended Riley Septic. Called Barry and he added us on to the end of his busy schedule for the day. He arrived at dusk, worked in the dark, and did a super job cleaning out our septic tank (tank looked brand new inside) and resolved the stopped up toilets. Barry was very professional and helped us to understand the underlying problem. The cost was reasonable and did not break the bank. We will definitely use Riley Septic again and highly recommend Barry for your septic needs!
Barry did a great job taking care of septic tank. Called at 9 and he was at my house the same day. He helped me with issues that will make it better for me to maintain my septic. Will definitely use in the future.
My wife and I were having backing up issues with are septic tank. I called Mr. Riley rather late one evening. I left a message and he returned my call the very next morning. Mr. Riley arrived promptly after a short phone conversation. Upon arrival he was courteous and very informative. He further educated me and completed services another competitor failed to complete in the past. He did a great job. I will countinue to use his services in the future.
