When my combat paratrooper husband died by suicide in our bedroom, they pulled carpet, cleaned my bedroom and gave me a whole different beginning. Jake came over today and cleaned my new carpet. He's very professional and a very kind and funny person. I'll call you again 🥰

On a Friday at 7pm, we were informed that we had a water leak at our store in Jamestown. Four employees from Total Clean showed up within 45 minutes and by 9pm had finished cleaning up most of the water and debris. Really impressed with their professionalism and quick work. Thank you Total Clean!

The best experience I have ever had with any business in Jamestown! Basement flooded and Tygh was contacted to come let us know about an estimate for what it would cost to rip out carpet and dry out basement. He came in about five minutes and we decided to just rip out our carpet and dry it with an industrial fan and dehumidifier. Tygh said "I'll be back" He returned with a crew and they had our carpet ripped out and on the way to the dump in 5 additional minutes. We tried to pay him and he said "don't worry about!" Took lots of stress off of us and was done extremely quick and his whole crew was very respectful and didn't mind our two puppies jumping all over them while they were trying to carry carpet out! Thank you guys so much!!
