Fixed my PC when I was upgrading to a newer GPU. I spent hours troubleshooting and nothing was working. Super irritated so I gave up and messaged Schock Tech Stop. Had my PC in the next day and fixed and running like a dream the next! Very knowledgeable and excellent communication. In the end, he told me what steps he took to fix it and helped me get my PC and other items I brought out to my car! 10/10 Would recommend! Thank you again!
Very smooth and easy to work with. I dropped my phone and the screen cracked I messaged him and he was able to put a new screen in right away! Couple weeks later I dropped my phone and the screen just went black, he ended up putting the old cracked screen back in just so I could assess my pictures! He saved me, literally. I just had a baby so I don’t know what I would have done without my pictures and he didn’t even want payment the second time!

The battery in my phone was recently replaced as it was giving me issues, Schock and Krapp Tech Stop LLC put a new battery in it and my phone is like new again. They picked it up and delivered it back to me all in a reasonable amount time. Very impressed with the service I received, and their service is reasonably priced.
