They did their best to make things right, but ultimately couldn't solve one of the main issues the vehicle was in the shop for. The car was returned to me with a damaged center console and grease stained handprints on the headliner. These things, I will have to fix on my own, though..and there is what I would describe as a "mechanic smell" stuck in the cabin of the vehicle, as well. So, while a few things did get repaired, others got outright damaged..and I was without my car for several weeks of the summer. The price seemed fair, all things considered..and the employees at this place are some great people, who do their best to see that their customers needs are met. I just wouldn't bring anything that you don't mind getting dirty up there, unless you are without options.

Stay AWAY, save your vehicle, your money, your time, and possibly your life! This place was the single worst, most astounding mechanic's experience I've ever had. They cannot even manage an oil change correctly, the techs are puffed up and combative, and they get screamed at every few minutes and I can see why. They can't be bothered to check the oil capacity of your car, they'll just dump whatever amount in there and leave you to deal with the consequences. You will be told that overfilling an oil reservoir is nothing to worry about. Since taking my vehicle here I've heard horror story after horror story, like the guy whose pistons they installed *sideways.* That one had to be taken to court, and only by a judge's order did they lift a finger to fix it. Or the guy whose engine seized up on the highway because they forgot to put new oil in. There are so many stories like this, don't let yourself become one of them. There's a reason there's no wait here, they live on people not knowing their reputation or just not checking any of the "work" these so-called mechanics do. 0 stars.
