Waited 3 weeks for a Chimney Sweep appointment, the tech showed up and told me not to use my wood stove, DID NOT clean my chimney and promised to follow up with upgrade options. After 10 days of no contact, I reached out to the company and was told they were working on a solution. When I received a call later that day I was told there were no options available for a dual sided upgrade. When I asked for a cleaning a second time again I was promised a call back with options and have not gotten a response. I’m sorry, I would not use this company I paid $150 for an inspection I did not want and was fed lies multiple times. Call someone else!!!
