Amazing customer service, I was kept in the loop with issues that occurred during the repair to my PS3. Even with the issue being different that what I brought it in for, the price quoted was the price paid. Legit started thinking if I had anything else messed up to go back because the experience was so good. Even got a great conversation when I picked it up. Definitely a 10/10, I will recommend and reuse the whenever I need something else repaired!

First off, this man Robert deserves his credit. When lightening struck my house and effectively zapped my Xbox Series X to death, I was left with a $500 console that no longer turned on and games that I could no longer play. I searched around for a place that was close by and had a great reputation for repairing gaming consoles. That is when I stumbled upon Top Secret Techs run by a man named Robert. After I called and explained my situation, Mr. Robert offered to do a free diagnostic on the console the same day, so I dropped off the console right then and there. He was able to identify the issue and walked me through the details before informing me the cost of the repair (which was affordable and reasonable given the extent of the damages) and that the repair will take about an hour. True to his word, I received a call about an hour later letting me know the console was working again and ready for pickup. I paid in cash but he accepts all methods of payment so that is not a worry. All in all, Mr. Robert was very approachable and professional during the whole process. I went home after picking up the console and it has been working perfectly since. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.
