I was dreading having to replace my carpet after my doggie decided to pee upstairs. She isn’t allowed there, and of course, gate was left open and first thing she does is relieve herself. 😩 I had Gerardo and Kevin from Steam Commander deep steam clean the carpet yesterday and that horrible smell is gone! Best part is that treatment reaches the pads, ensuring it doesn’t come back. They were super quick and professional. I recommend their services!

Steam Commander is awesome. We came home from vacation to find our Vortens commode had cracked was leaking water into our our bathroom, closet and next door bedroom. Steam Commander without delay arrived and began vacuuming up the water, taking detailed photos, diagrams, and electronic water saturation testing. Then the same day Steam Commanders took out the sheetrock, paneling, carpet and pad. The same day Steam Commander later installed the necessary blowers and heaters. Most impressively Steam Commanders took detailed measurement with an electronic sensor of the carpet and all other areas to show the insurance company that the damage was real. Also the wonderful technician Robert came back everyday to take additional readings to prove to the insurance company the number of days the heaters and blowers were needed each day. Robert answered all our question in a detailed and polite manner. (Note These electronic readings also assured us that the area was being properly dried out with a constant temperature.) After the area was dry, within a few days Steam Commander came out and did a detailed estimate on what the repair costs would be and filed it with the insurance company. Steam Commander knows exactly what the insurance company wants proof of to get reimbursement and works with the insurance company to help us get paid. How wonderful to have Steam Commander do the back up needed for the insurance company. How wonderful to not have to hassle with the insurance company. PS ( Several years ago I also used Steam Commander to clean my ten year old white stained cloth chairs. To my surprise the chairs looked brand new again after Steam Commanders cleaning!! Yahoo chairs look great again!!)
