Ciro was great. My tv was hooked up to the wifi and it seemed like it was working but it wouldn’t play anything or allow any fire stick devices to be plugged into it. I messaged him at 9 at night and he responded immediately. He was at my house in a couple days. He found the issue with the tv immediately and then in 2 more days had it fixed. Good guy, punctual and professional. The guy who gave him 1 star is a douche.
