Took my Surface in for screen issues on a Fri. I told them I couldn't be without my computer for more than a day as I run my business from it. They told me told me they would have it done by noon Sat. Later that evening they told me it would take longer & that it would be ready by 2:00 or 2:30. I told them I could not pick it up then & if I could get it Sun. They told me they were closed on Sun, but I could pick it up later for a fee. Really? I told them I was not going to pay a fee because they missed their promised timeline. No answer. I had to wait until Mon to pick up my computer. I was without it all weekend. Then I find glue all over the back of the computer & around the edges of the screen. I really don't get all the positive reviews. My experience was with them was not good at all. Very unprofessional.
