After reaching out to several contractors for my 30x40 aluminum building, only Rene Morales truly delivered. While others delayed or never replied, Rene was quick, professional, and transparent. The building he provided was top-quality with solid I-beam construction — not the light frame I expected. Everything was completed faster than promised, perfectly built, and the site was left spotless. His crew and office staff were courteous, skilled, and reliable. Signed a contract 6/29/2018 to build a house. Said it would be done 180 days after permit. Permit was dated 10/3/2018 as of today, 5/27/2020 house is still not done. Plus many problems with house
