Tech was knowledgable and able to easily explain what needed to be done to get the heat pump running again. Double checked everything on both units (even though only one needed the repair) to ensure they were operating as they should. Part of the cost was that the unit used a non-standard motor that had to be special ordered.
This is my first time using Gunnys AC & Plumbing even though I've called before. Every interaction has been positive. They're always readily willing to send someone out quickly. This time that I actually used them, they sent someone out within the hour and promptly rectified a huge plumbing issue in my yard. I'm so grateful that they are serving the Pahrump area.
We’ve had an excellent experience with Gunny’s Air Conditioning & Plumbing. As a restaurant owner, HVAC issues can disrupt operations, so we needed a team we could trust. Their technicians have been extremely thorough — from cleaning both coils, correcting a drain-line problem on the roof, installing a new thermostat with a sensor, and clearly communicating each step throughout the process. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful every time they came out. They provided detailed notes after each visit, which is rare and very appreciated. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent. If you’re looking for reliable commercial HVAC service in Las Vegas, Gunny’s is a great company to work with.
