I just bought a property and relocated from Las Vegas. Here comes the rain, lightning, and thunder. Along with a well pump that keeps popping the circuit breaker. Now I only have water pressure for 2 minutes. To shower, my wife has to have me acting like a switch board operator to reset the circuit breaker and get the pump to cycle long enough to maintain water pressure. Its Saturday morning, frustrations are now extremely high. I see a sticker with a phone number and I call it. Ernie answers and after a quick conversation, he arrives within 35-40 minutes. Does he care that my property has some drainage issues and he has to drive through a field of mud and rock? Not a chance. Ernie verifies the pump keeps resetting and popping the circuit breaker and he is also able to give me some much needed history with my property= priceless. So that I can plan for future needed upgrades, possible repairs. Ernie ends up swapping out my pump/motor relay capacitor assembly box and now my well works as it is supposed to! That is customer service! That is the paving stone for repeat business and the need to share this review for anyone who might need their services in the future. I thought for sure I would have to wait until Monday before anything could be done, let alone have someone come out and inspect/diagnose. Instead, my problem was resolved in a matter of minutes.
