*update: they called back, had family emergency. It’s a small family owned and understandable why the delay. Sent reasonable quote, 4 stars not 1, Reached out to Ream for 3 weeks. left 4 voicemails. Ghosted! Zero response! If they can’t return a call they will not complete a job. Avoid!

I just bought a property and relocated from Las Vegas. Here comes the rain, lightning, and thunder. Along with a well pump that keeps popping the circuit breaker. Now I only have water pressure for 2 minutes. To shower, my wife has to have me acting like a switch board operator to reset the circuit breaker and get the pump to cycle long enough to maintain water pressure. When I had a leak at my well tank connection, I called Ernie and he came by quickly and told me what I needed. He quoted a price for everything, which I felt was completely satisfactory. The next day he sent two young men to take care of things, which they did. They did the job quickly and efficiently. I was completely satisfied with the work and results. I would highly recommend them for any well needs.

Friendly and knowledgeable. With a little experience with my well we were able to get the issue diagnosed over the phone. They also followed up to check on their work. Making sure that the issue was resolved. I appreciate that. Good business practices are hard to find now-a-days.
