I just bought a new home with a well on it. Great Basin inspected and found a leak that needed repair. His service was quick and professional. He replaced my damaged pvc parts and gave me many tips about insulation and how well systems work. The customer service was great! I will use Great Basin for all my well service needs. Great Job!
Woke up this morning with no water to house. Called Great Basin Drilling, within an hour Matt from Great Basin was on my property. Matt diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner for a reasonable price. So yeah, if I have anymore well "issues" Great Basin Drilling will be my first call,
Excellent service! Matt came over to assess my well issue, even though I hadn't been approved by my home warranty yet. He said he could come out the next morning and repair the well pump and informed me of the costs. Matt arrived the next morning and fixed everything within a few hours! I had running water again after having none for the last 3 days!!! The whole process was so simple and easy! I would give them an A+ rating!!!!
