We hired Tom Drexler to enlarge our small shower Which consisted of demolition, removing a wall, moving the plumbing , rebuilding the wall and installing the shower surround . I will give them a pass on the fact that they did nothing to protect my home from the dust that was created during their demolition as due to other circumstances, my house was not pristinely clean when they arrived. I will give them a pass on the poor workmanship shown in the drywall, exposed screws, size discrepancy of the new wall, and poorly cut molding that they just reused - as I assume they are plumbers and not drywall experts. But when I finally got into the shower to use the water, hot was cold and cold was hot - I would assume that plumbers would hook up the water correctly. And while the finished shower is a significant improvement over the shower we had, I do have some concern for the workmanship I can’t see as the workmanship I can see is far less than expected
