This is the best firm of its type in Louisville. I have had different HVAC folks over the years come to assist on various projects/repairs - some better than others - but NEVER have I experienced such professional, prompt, courteous service over and over as I have with these folks. James, the service tech had to come out 3 times over 3 weeks to address a nuanced issue with a mini-split. He was unfailingly positive and professional about getting to the root of the issue. It also helped that he was able to work so closely with the manufacturer (Blueridge - they also deserve a shout out for being so forthcoming with assisting, and then send... This is the best firm of its type in Louisville. Kate in back office was also spot-on with all the appointments, reachouts to confirm parts had arrived, etc. Not enough stars . . .
