Called Monday cause my furnace went out over the weekend. Tuesday, Thomas came out and gave me a reasonable quote and explained my options after my home warranty company failed to send a reliable tech. By Wednesday night, Sam and Preston had my new furnace put in and running. They also saw a couple issues with my duct work and fixed it right up for me at no extra charge. If you want quality and peace of mind. Give these guys a call.
The technician, Robert, from AireServe was polite, friendly, and very professional. He inspected my hvac system and left me several quotes based on different possibilities for recommended services. I pay a monthly fee so inspections do not cost extra.
Thomas came to give us an estimate on a new heat/air unit. After considering several issues we decided Aire Serv was the way for us to proceed. Shawn and Ethan were the technicians who came to do the installation. My husband and I were very impressed with their good manner and hardworking ethics. I can not express our extreme thankfulness for all these three young men did. Thank you to the CEO, who sent us a thank you on u-tube. Shawn and Derrick came out and did a fantastic install on our new AC unit, furnace and water heater. Some issues came up with the unit itself from the manufacturer but were quickly resolved by Bailey, another Aireserv technician, who was very knowledgeable about the units. Fantastic company, even sent some delicious cookies thanking us for being customers. Highly recommended company!
