Will is hands down the best in the business. Had a quote from him a few years ago but went against my gut and went with a different (big) company. When we had an issue this summer that other company said needed to replace furnace. I was suspicious that it was all a sales tactic and called the guy I should have used 3 years ago. Will came out late in the heat (straight from other jobs). Diagnosed the issue and confirmed the big company was lying to try to sell a new system. Fixed our unit the next day (also late in evening after working all day on other jobs but fit us in quickly- very thankful to get AC back in 90 degree heat). I cannot recommend Will more highly. Other companies seem to have inflated reviews. A lot of these big companies in town are likely private equity owned, automated texts to customers to encourage five star reviews but are not trustworthy. You see hundreds of 5 star reviews you assume you are getting an honest company but it’s not the case. Will is the real deal. Expert in the field. Honest. Call him.
