This business is a -5 star if this rating was possible, took my iPhone in for just a simple replacing a broken screen, and the rear glass as well, got back the phone it was overheating, while using, the screen would go pitch black, and the phone would freeze, even started to say the phone was better staying with a broken screen, don’t do business here, after watching the reviews I went against them but they did improve in-fact I think it’s still the same and worst. These guys were telling me to record the problem with another phone for them to have proof, this place is definitely a NO GO.

Don't know where these 5 star reviews are coming from because these guys are a joke. I went here to get the screen on my iPhone replaced and they put this vintage looking screen on it. I told them it looked significantly different from the original and they said it was "the premium quality" that made it look like that. Like a dummy I believed them and 3 days later, the screen started glitching. There would be lines all over the screen that would come and go at random. I went back and informed them, and they insisted they needed some kind of proof.. They were suggesting to record it happening from someone else's phone, and just a whole load of nonsense. They would not give me a refund or even replace the screen even though it was still under their warranty. Crazy! Just be wary of these guys. When I went there, there were 2 Indian guys, one at the counter and another in the basement that does the repairs. Also, if you really pay attention, unprofessionalism is something they're well-versed in. Look at the manner in which they respond to criticism in other reviews. If you're thinking about going here, think again.
