We had an emergency pipe leak that we needed fixed as soon as possible. The Lobo Tech technician was at our house shortly after I spoke to Robert. The technician quickly assessed and fixed the problem. I couldn't have asked for a better response!
LoboTech came through in a pinch by fitting me into the schedule in less than 24 hours. They installed a gas range, and sorted some old, less than kosher gas line issues from a previous installer's work.
I had an emergency after hours, when I called they immediately sent Brianna to my house. She did an outstanding job and since it was after hours she said she would do her best to get it done as quickly as possible, the keep the bill as low as possible!
I called lobo tech Wednesday before last, they sent someone out that Friday and I was giving an invoice to pay on Tuesday when they opened. The $150 invoice quickly turned into more like 165 after tax and their upcharge for paying over the phone, ya go figure. They said they'd send me an email to pay they invoice, they never sent it. They also told me they would call me back to let me know what the plan was to fix my pipe so I can have running water again, they never called. I've been waiting a week no call no nothing, no email not even a text message- I will never call this company again for help. I've been without water for over 3 weeks now I called them because I was desperate and they can't even call me back to tell me no they can't do it- they've just completely ignored me this entire time. I know I'm just one customer and they're really not going to care about my review but at the same time this is what I've had to go through so I think other people should probably know cuz I know there's other people out there that are probably going through something similar.
