The worker from James Plumbing was very nice. He spoke to me in terms I understood and explained the problem well. He also offered suggestions on how to prevent in the future. When there was a problem that came up right after he left, he came back quickly and resolved it early the next morning after trying to help me over video call. I was very grateful for the time he took to explain everything, and made sure my family had hot water.

We had a well pump go out on New Years Eve and made a mess of our hot water and heating. The filters and system were a mess. Carlos came and cleaned out the system and replaced all the filters. He even fixed out hot water. I would recommend Jame’s Plumbing. Carlos showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful and got the job done.
