Sadly, after waiting for more than 5+ months that I decided this isn’t best contractor to work with us. I live in a townhome and HOA sent me a violation warning letter about emergency tarp installed(since May 2025) on October 2025 No,I did not give them any hard time from the beginning. A team member, and an adjuster from my home insurance arrived and went up the roof. I understand when I see reviews how other people’s homes were getting done by Titanium, and customers are happy. I was hoping the same. On September 2025 i started making phone calls because Jonathan N. just didn’t say anything for soo long. No call back or replies. On November 2025, he finally responded to my message explaining that they put limit on each job and won’t take less than $15k , and “it really hard to even fit what they gave me”😐. Also, I spoke with Fred because I mentioned him about home insurance situation and they know. Jonathan again sent contingency agreement on 11/13/2025 out of the blue. I called the office for that. Till this day Titanium hasn’t created the full replacement cost documentation that I can pass down to home insurance policy. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I remember the conversation how they charge market price and gotta figure out how much they want to get paid(spite that home insurance policy are cheap folks).

I had wind damage to my roof and a family member referred me to Jonathan who worked with Titanium Restorations. I told him what was happening with my Insurance Company. He came and inspected my roof and when I filed the claim with my Insurance Company he was on the line with me to answer whatever questions the Adjuster had. When the Adjuster came to inspect the roof, once again Jonathan was up there with him. Jonathan guided and assisted me through all phases of this process. Jonathan was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We were so impressed with his service we decided to have him inspect our Church and Fellowship Hall roofs. Once again Jonathan handled everything from dealing with the Adjuster to the completion of both roof replacements. I was referred by a friend to Jonathan and it was a great blessing! He pretty much took care of all paperwork needed for insurance which made filing a breeze. The roof replacement from materials to labor are top notch! Lastly there were some ceiling repairs done to our garage and I was delighted that their people left the garage cleaner than when they started working, very professional and courteous! I will refer them to anyone with great confidence!
