I cannot express how helpful the people at Servpro of Bowie have been to me. They helped walked me through the process and helped me every step of the way. I am in another state and my brother is in Bowie. He has been in the hospital for three months. They helped me with everything. They cleared it and migrated the mold. I could never have done this without them. I am extremely grateful to Soledad and her team and Rusty for walking me through this process. You guys are the best. They made my brother’s house brand new.

SERVPRO of Bowie provided excellent service and responded quickly—fitting me in the very next morning after I called. I had significant water damage on my main floor caused by a ruptured water heater. Since I was out of town at the time, the flooding had been sitting for over a week and a half. The team did an outstanding job removing the damaged flooring from my living room, dining room, and kitchen. They also cut and treated the drywall for mold, addressing the issue thoroughly. Soledad and her crew were courteous, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She clearly explained each step, worked directly with my insurance company, and helped ease a very stressful situation. They also assisted with sorting out damaged items from what could be salvaged, referred me to a POD service, and even returned the next day to move the salvageable furniture and items into the storage pod. I’m truly grateful for their responsiveness, hard work, and care during a difficult time. Highly recommend!

I had a ceiling collapse in one of the rooms at my residence in Bowie, Md. After several weeks of frustration dealing with a company that my insurance provider had recommended, I called Servpro and got this wonderful lady name Rusty on the phone. The pleasant manner in which I was received by her was the beginning of a wonderful experience. The next day, a crew was dispatched to my residence and they did an outstanding (and professional) job cleaning up the debris and making the room safe and livable for me to use until I am able to have the ceiling replaced. The crew exceeded my expectations and completed all of their work in one day. I would highly recommend this business for any clean up or mitigation work in response to a home disaster. Simply put, the company is a model for customer service in Prince George’s County. Just as an aside, I would like to note that the clean up crew was 100 percent comprised of Hispanic workers. These workers were professional, diligent, and respectful. They demonstrated why we need them in comparison to others that have done work at my house.
