When I called IQ, Ms. Nina answered the telephone and I was very impressed with her cheerful disposition (it felt like she had a smile on her face), while engaging me in conversation. She was very courteous and professional. I explained to her what type of trouble I was having and she listened intently and told me she could have someone out the same day. When Marcus arrived he was very courteous and professional. He fixed my problems and recommended some other things I could do to enhance my computer performance.
