Duane and his team were fantastic today! I reached out yesterday and got a response within minutes and they had me in first thing this morning. If you keep in mind that you are buying used tires then you will understand that this is a great deal! They take you to the tires you picked out and let you inspect them before starting the work. I paid less than $500 for four tires at 80% tread. The tires themselves are only a year and a half old. By far one of the best deals I received. Thanks for helping out those on a budget!

⭐ 1 Star I’ve been a long-time customer for over 7 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I’ve supported this business consistently bringing in all my family’s vehicles including my own, trading in tires when replacing them and leaving good tires behind for the owner to resell, which he does for a profit after shining them up a bit. Despite that loyalty, I’ve now been back 4–5 times for this one brake issue alone, and it still hasn’t been resolved. On my last visit, I was told that even though the brake pads were replaced, the problem might be caused by “something else not related to the brakes.” I was then told it was the rear brakes, paid $100 to have them “adjusted,” and sent on my way but nothing changed. This has become dangerous. I’ve had multiple situations where the car didn’t brake in time, which is unacceptable after repeatedly bringing a vehicle to a brake shop. On top of that, during those 4–5 visits, the workers broke my wheel cover and lost a lug nut, showing a lack of care and accountability. I later texted the owner directly asking for a clear explanation of what this supposed “other issue” could be, since I originally came in for brake problems. It’s been one week since I last contacted him and left him a message, never replied and has never provided a real, professional answer. At this point, I won’t be bringing my car back. When a long-time customer leaves with unresolved brake problems, damaged parts, missing hardware, and no response from the owner, that says everything. Extremely disappointed with the service and communication. That’s all I can say for now.
