Five Star did a beautiful job remodeling our bathroom! We love our bathroom ❤️❤️❤️. Warranty is the best and pricing, Especially on a budget. Very professional and hard workers. Definitely recommend. It only took a few days. Water was off for only a couple hours. Everything down to studs and plumbing was done. We needed shut off valves in hall closet Plus exhaust fan didn’t work. Love my new Bathroom install from Five Star Bath Solutions. Ahmed is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Walked me through the entire process of the project from start to finish. Best quality materials at an affordable price with an LIFE TIME WARRENTY. The install Crew of Chris and Art were punctual, organized professional and very detailed oriented. Everything was explained in detail as they quickly completed the project. Thrilled with the results of my new tub/shower surround! My initial consultation with Ahmed lasted around 90 minutes. Instead of a high pressure sales job, as I had experienced with a previous well-known bath remodel company, it was very personalized and educational. Ultimately, I was able to feel confident in going forward with my choices. I also appreciated that the price he quoted included everything needed for my project, as opposed to some other places I researched. Ahmed continued to check in until installation day, allowing adjustments. My installer, Chris, was prompt, professional, and meticulous. He is also a very pleasant guy who put up with my nervous terrier! He installed everything in two days, checking in with me for customization preferences. Such a hard worker! When he was done, I could see he took pride in his work, as we both admired the finished product. This may be the longest review ever, but in my research experience, it was hard to find answers.
