I was given my husband’s grandmother’s ring for my engagement set. Through three generations, this ring has been loved. However, it needed some minor repairs. My husband and I had been to a few jewelry stores around Hilo and we were recommended to stop by Thundering Seas. What an incredible recommendation! Upon walking in we were greeted with such kindness. Our questions, concerns, story of how the ring came to be was so thoughtfully heard. We were given three different options to choose from and all within reasonable pricing. It did take about 4 weeks, in-house and on island (which was our main concern), and the results were incredible. I was speechless seeing my ring again. It looked almost brand new!! Still carries the same essence from when my husband’s grandmother had it, just with a little bit more structure and support. We cannot thank Thundering Seas enough for the level of care and attention to something that means so much to us!!
