It has been a few years, but am glad to be a return patron!! I recently went to replace a few batteries in my "old favorite" analog watches. Just as I remembered... personable, helpful, knowledgeable staff... quick turnaround time, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, they called to discuss and inform me of what they were and were not able to do before proceeding. Nothing has changed since my dad purchased my first watch for me there. My daughter has placed her order after joining me in the store, but am happy to say that my grandson will be getting his first watch there. PATRONAGE THROUGH FOUR GENERATIONS in my family... Best evidence of how I feel.

My boyfriend and I went just to fix my watch and get his ring size. The sales woman helped us and even told us about a sale they were having the week after. My boyfriend decided the next day he wanted to look at watches, the same sales woman helped him buy a watch and gave him an early discount. He is extremely happy with his watch and barely takes it off.
