I called and a technician came out that very day because my refrigerator was making a loud noise. They didn’t have the part in stock but came out within two days to replace the fan. They would’ve come out the next day, but I wasn’t available. Technician was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. would highly recommend them to anyone.
I am so glad I called Thomas Home Service. From first talking to Ashley who was concerned enough to secure a technician for me within the hour of my call, to greeting Armon at my door, I felt I was in good hands. Armon was professional, and explained his findings in a way I understood. Did not want to cost me money that was unnecessary. I have found my Home Service Company. Honest, reliable and customer oriented.
The technician Joe was right on time. I was able to track his location when he headed towards one of our rental houses. It made it easy to plan on when I needed to arrive to meet him. He explained what needed to be done and gave me several options and prices. He even offered a home warranty plan through the company that I will look into once my current home warranty expires. I will use Thomas Home Services for my next repair.
