Excellent job on my 9x13 area rug. Bought 20 years ago and never cleaned. Had quite a few dirty high traffic areas. Whites had become dirty brown and compressed. Rug Worx made it look almost new, whites are again whites. Can't tell any high traffic areas. Price was good and cheaper than a new rug. Even gave me a discount on the pickup/delivery fee because I had already rolled up the rug for them. Just great service!
Wow what a great company. Our dog had an accident on our living room rug. We thought it was ruined. Rug worx picked up the rug cleaned it and got it back before thanksgiving. We were sure that was not possible. Looks brand new. If you have rugs that need cleaning these guys are great. The pickup and delivery guys awesome.
