We've been using Steve's Ultimate Air for over 5 years now for AC maintenance and repairs and have been extremely happy with them! I want to give them a shout-out because my parents recently had their AC unit stop cooling and was told by a different repair company that they would need a whole new unit installed. I had them contact Steve's for a second opinion, and they had it up and running again the next day! Honesty and integrity go a long way with me, so I'm happy to recommend this business!!

Had a Great experience with Steve's Ultimate Air from the very beginning! It all started with Hector who came to my residence to assess my AC needs and quote me on a new install. He was professional and personable, explaining and showing me pictures of their previous installs. I had several previous quotes and although they were not the cheapest they did work with me on pricing. In the end, I preferred to pay a little more for a trouble free and Quality install. I'm glad I did because they did not disappoint! On the day of install Hector and Tony were punctual, professional, and did a Great job on the install! Irene was the point of contact f... 5 Stars! I had another company come out to service my 2 HVAC units, one of my units immediately stopped working and they quoted me $1,426 to fix. I called up Steve's Ultimate Air to get a 2nd opinion; they said what happened sounded very suspicious since the HVACs are only a couple years old. After inspecting, they found that one of the parts had been sabotaged causing my unit to not work. They only charged $85 to fix. Steve's now has a customer for life.

The service was excellent. A technician arrived about 2 hours after I called. I had to have a follow up visit and again arrived on time. The technicians were Ryan and Hunter. Both were very knowledgeable. They let me know what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. And both were very polite. Would not hesitate to use Ultimate Air and would highly recommend them.
