We decided to go with Sharp that day and he was able to perform measurements for all 3 units to be replaced. The crew was able to come out a few days later and install the new units. Big thanks to Justin and his crew! They treated me so well, I had to share my experience! My old AC unit was 15 years old, and over the last five years, it had been mistreated by renters. I moved back into my home in April, and since then, the unit progressively got worse, with indoor temperatures averaging 85 degrees during the day. I had two other techs from different companies come out, and both visits were a complete waste of money. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also tried to sell me outrageously priced units—and somehow made the problem worse! I found Sharp Air through Google and was intrigued by their great reviews. After I explained my issues to Justin, he showed up within 1 hour—on a Saturday! Although the condition of my unit was terrible, he was committed to fixing it. He even had a Plan B, offering to bring in portable units just in case mine couldn’t be repaired. I really appreciated that he made such an effort to fix the unit instead of just trying to sell me a new one right away. I was sold on the service alone, and the prices were significantly better than the two other companies I dealt with previously. He even waived the repair fees and included additional upgrades and promotions at no extra cost! I just had my new system installed and am now enjoying the Arizona summer at the temperature I desire!
