Our furnace would not start to heat when the temperature dropped below what we had set point even though the fan did come on. I called Mike at Thermopros who came out over the weekend and fixed the problem very quickly. He is personable and very knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone who needs furnace or HVAC service.
