I contacted Cardinal on the recommendation of a friend when my furnace went out. They came out and went over my options to have the furnace repaired or replaced. I decided to go the replacement route, and they offered a number of options to have both the furnace and my outdated air-conditioning unit replaced. After getting their recommendations, I contacted my brother-in-law, who does HVAC work in another state, and his recommendations for my home were exactly the same as Cardinal's. There was a bit of a wait to have the new units installed, given supply chain and scheduling issues, but Cardinal's quality service and personal attention made the wait worth it. I will certainly contact them regarding any future HVAC issues I might have.
