John is awesome. He was able to diagnose and fix my computer issue within a week. Was very fast to responding with email updates on how the process was going. Gave me tips and lots of additional info on how to protect my pc and maintain it in the future. Definitely recommend him and will be going to him for any future tech problems. John is a life saver
John is awesome. Was able to help me save over 1T of info and files for my business. Now having him hook up my house and business with upgraded security system, wifi and backup server.
Probably good with tech, not really good with phone calls. Called to see if they had a specific repair that could be done. Said they couldn’t do it and then hung up before I could say “thanks, goodbye”. No recommendations, not much of a conversation, just blunt answers and abrupt call ending. They get three stars for at least picking up.
The Tech Shop was able to design in a beautiful, powerful desktop PC with top notch communication all the way through! Will be using him again for repairs/upgrades!
John was very helpful and responsive to get my home computer back up and running with all my data transferred and most programs installed even though the hard drive was failing. He also took time to talk with me about ways to make the system more secure and confirm I understood everything I needed to do for next steps. He even addressed my follow-up questions a few days later. I recommend the Tech Shop for your personal computing or business needs.
