Hotshot Repair

Getting my Xbox fixed has been a journey. I contacted a repair shop in boonville to be told he doesn't work on anything others have. That's odd. That's like the Honda dealer telling you they can't repair your car because your brother did the oil change. So, I went to Hotshot Repair. I told him about what the other guy said. He told me that he doesn't care who worked on it in the past. He'll just charge more for more work that's done. That comment shows me how confident of a technician he is. Especially compared to the Boonville repair shop that just wants to press the easy button. I brought my Xbox to him and he fixed it no issues. Didn't even bother to mention that it was worked on beforehand.

My Xbox series X had a broken HDMI port on the back. On the front the usb port along with the sync button on the front had receded into the Xbox to the point I had to poke at it with a stick to sync a controller. All of this was fixed the next day, and he did some custom work with my permission, that saved me around $60-$80. He cleaned everything up, Cleaned up the heat sinks and put new thermal paste in. It’s been working like a charm since. Good price. Quick return. The first two are pics from when he opened it up.
