I brought in a unique and older radio/record player unit. It needed some work and required some hard to find parts and creative repairs, but they stuck with it and it runs and sounds great now. I’m really thankful for the extra time and attention they put in to helping me restore this unique piece.
Had my speaker grates for 4 months, and did a horrible job. The paint is uneven and the holes have paint in them. He was in way over his head and he should have called me. He refused to give them back to me unless I paid. I will see you in court! I offered to pay you, just not full price. That wasn’t good enough for you, and you refused to work on it any further. That’s not me being hard to please, that’s poor business ethics and service. You only get an A for effort in grade school.
I have worked with Tom off and on for 17 years now. He has always been up front and honest about his work, no sugar coating it. I will definitely keep coming back and would recommend him for any speaker work. If you want show quality just say so, if you want it to work and just fixed, he's fine with that too.
