I can't speak for the actual work they do, just their handling of the customer. They have posted hours but they also close the retail location when doing service calls. I emailed them about an appointment but no response. I called two different times, same day and no response; it sounded like the call forwarded to a cell phone, but no answer. It was very disappointing. I try to shop local and downtown and so I had been excited to try them out.
As a small business, it’s so important to have computers that work properly. And when they don’t… I know I can rely on Reboot. They have great customer service and never make me feel bad for not being a “tech expert.” Reboot is worth their weight in gold! 🥇
I've had three of my computers serviced by Reboot and have only praise for their work. The prices were surprisingly low, the service friendly and positive, and the facilities tidy and welcoming. No complaints. Nice operation.
They have friendly, knowledgeable staff and great follow up service. They're awesome about answering questions and helping me figure out the right solutions for my situation. Reboot is like having your own personal techie in your life. You don't have to know everything about computers because they do.
