I called asking about having my amp repaired and the man who answered was extremely unprofessional. He sounded like he was high and when I asked if this was The Repair Shop, his response was "I think so". The conversation went downhill from there. If this is any indication of the quality of their work, I'd rather drive to Boise and know my equipment will be properly repaired.
Went to ask if he can repair an old record player that is built into a peice of furniture that I got from my Nana, that hasn't worked since before I was born. The needle was missing and she told me that something internal was not working. I couldn't find a way to get it out of the furniture. He made me feel dumb and basically told me my Nana lies about what is wrong even though he hasn't even looked at it. Not coming back!
The man who runs this shop does good work. But he is definitely a rude person. Talks to you like you are dumb.
