Fortunately they said they had a screen for my iPhone and it was the last one. He says it will be 15 minutes. Timing was awesome but he didn’t connect my camera and I was gettin warnings that the screen is not compatible with my phone. I’m really truly hoping they will make it right when I go back in. This is my edited review. The customer service is above and beyond any other shop I’ve been to. There was no hesitation when I explained the problem. Come to find out it didn’t happen from the screen change. Preston checked the plug in disconnecting it and plugging it back in and it started working. So if I could give a higher star rating I would give them a 20. Thank you Preston for your courteousness and prompt work.

Had a great experience getting my speaker replaced on a Samsung S23 Ultra, Preston communicated what the possible issues and solutions were effectively and was great to work with. Definitely will be coming back if I have issues with other electronics.
