My appointment was scheduled within 3 days of calling. The tech called when he was on his way and was on-time. He came to repair our washer and while he was there, he diagnosised our fridge that had an issue which started the day before. There was an additional fee to check out the fridge, which was expected. The technician was polite and well informed. This was our second time using their services and would highly recommend them. Great to see there are still good honest companies out there!

This company is consistently the best to work with. Customer service is great. They call you the day before your appointment and then when they are on the way. Service technicians are prompt, friendly and polite and always get the job done. Prices are very reasonable, too. I would give them more ⭐️s if I could!

We have relied on Ye Ole Homestead to repair our appliances for years. They are efficient and do their best to get to us as soon as possible. They have done that again today. Our dishwasher has been out for a couple of days. They came in and fixed it immediately. They also give good advice on how to maintain our appliances. We are very happy with them. I feel sure, you will like them too!

We were told that it would take 3-4 days for someone to look at our dryer. Luckily there was a cancellation & a technician came out the day after we placed the work order. He quickly identified the issue (new fuse & thermostat) & made the repair in the one visit. Very pleased.
