My appointment was scheduled within 3 days of calling. The tech called when he was on his way and was on-time. He came to repair our washer and while he was there, he diagnosised our fridge that had an issue which started the day before. There was an additional fee to check out the fridge, which was expected. The technician was polite and well informed. This was our second time using their services and would highly recommend them. Great to see there are still good honest companies out there!
