Air Today Heating & Cooling

Our unit is 11 years and this was the first issue that we have had, that couldn’t be remedied by a reset. We called and set up an appointment for a technician to come and look at the unit. The technicians were on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with explanations of why. The part had to be ordered, so it couldn’t be repaired that day, however, the technician offered to come late on Christmas Eve, depending on when the part came in, to repair the unit. Luckily, the part came and was replaced Christmas Eve morning, in less than an hour. We now have a heating and air “guy” and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for recommendations.

I called Air Today Heating and Cooling when my system started acting up and the house was getting hotter every hour. From the first phone call they were friendly and actually listened to what was going on instead of rushing me off the phone. The tech showed up when they said he would and he called ahead so I was not guessing about the time. He put covers on his shoes and was very respectful of my home which I really liked.
