Air Today Heating & Cooling

Our unit is 11 years and this was the first issue that we have had, that couldn’t be remedied by a reset. We called and set up an appointment for a technician to come and look at the unit. The technicians were on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with explanations of why. The part had to be ordered, so it couldn’t be repaired that day, however, the technician offered to come late on Christmas Eve, depending on when the part came in, to repair the unit. Luckily, the part came and was replaced Christmas Eve morning, in less than an hour. We now have a heating and air “guy” and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for recommendations.

I called Air Today Heating and Cooling when my system started acting up and the house was getting hotter every hour. From the first phone call they were friendly and actually listened to what was going on instead of rushing me off the phone. The tech showed up when they said he would and he called ahead so I was not guessing about the time. He put covers on his shoes and was very respectful of my home which I really liked. He explained what he was checking in simple words that I understood and he did not make me feel dumb for asking questions. The pricing was straightforward and he went over it with me before doing the work so I knew what to expect. It was clear he was focused on fixing the problem the right way and not just trying to sell me a brand new system I did not need. In my case he was able to repair the issue and also pointed out a couple of things that would help the system run better and maybe lower the power bill. After he finished he cleaned up the work area and made sure everything was running like it should. A few days later the house is still comfortable and the system is running smoother than before they came out. I really appreciate that they were honest with me and did not push extras just to make more money. The whole experience from scheduling to the visit felt easy and not stressful at all. I am not great at writing reviews but I wanted to leave one because good service like this is hard to find. I will definitely use Air Today again the next time I need heating or cooling work done.
