INCREDIBLE! From start to finish, Morales Landscaping & Pine Straw Service has blown us away. We originally started with 4 separate estimates and the decided to get another with Morales Landscaping, and we are glad we did. None of the other estimators who came out took more than 10 minutes listening to our vision and describing their methods to create a 16” patio with retaining wall and a curved walkway leading to the pool area. The estimator from Morales Landscaping listened, explained their processes, made suggestions, showed photos of past work, spoke to us about their team and work ethics and then proceeded to literally create a one dimensional visual on the work site using several colors of spray paint in order to give us a better understanding of the placement and layout. The men who came out took do the work were timely, polite, respectful, accommodating and very capable. Each day they were at our home they worked diligently from morning to evening. At the end of each day, they cleaned up all their materials and tools and proceeded to blow the work area clear of all debris. The office staff was always readily available to answer all questions and concerns. In the end we were left with a beautiful fire pit area, hand carved into the side of a hill with a 4’ tall retaining wall surrounding it In addition they created a beautiful staircase of 30 slabs of rock leading to the fire pit area. I would have no issue with having them come back and do more work for us in the future. Morales Landscaping is a fantastic company that actually cares about their customers and their complete satisfaction!
